› The philosophy of the Wellnes Farm La Casella is based on the idea of a global wellness in which nature is the main element to derive all the energy released by our valley. The water-flowing of the river, the silence of the huge wood, a careful and accurate service, together with a warm and informal atmosphere predispose to relax and forget the stress of everyday life.

The wellness centre

› Inside the Wellness Centre there is the “the humid zone”, with the water massage bath overlooking the external area in front of the big oak, the area of the beauty and holistic treatments and, upstairs, the gym, with its big windows to enjoy all the energy of the sun and practice yoga.

Spa treatments

› The wellness centre La Casella also offers: shiatsu treatments, aromathic massage del Feudo, country massage, etruscan massage, linfodrainage, ice terapy, face treatment and stones terapy.

Yoga courses

› Inside the cloister there is a big relax area, the ideal place to recover yourself and listen to your body and soul. La Casella is an ideal venue for yoga retreats. The vast and remote but easy to get to property offers seclusion, peace and excellent facilities for a group.
